Reservations
Reserving a watch on this site is free and does not create a purchase. We hold the piece for you for 48 hours while your advisor confirms availability, price, payment and delivery. A sale is final only once we have both confirmed it and payment is received.
Prices
Prices are set in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. Amounts in US dollars and euros are for reference, converted at the daily exchange rate; the price you pay is the one in AED unless agreed otherwise with your advisor. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Authenticity and condition
Every watch is checked by an independent watchmaker before sale. Condition (unworn, pre-owned or vintage), year and the presence of box and papers are stated on each watch page and confirmed again before payment. You are welcome to inspect the watch at the boutique.
Payment
Bank transfer, card at the boutique, cash in AED or USDT, as agreed with your advisor. Nothing is charged on this website.
Delivery
Collection at the boutique by appointment, hand delivery within the UAE, or insured shipping worldwide. Import duties and taxes outside the UAE are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Buyback and trade-in
Valuations given online are preliminary. The final offer is made after we inspect the watch in person, and payment is made the same day the deal is signed.
