What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this site: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, delivery address, the watches you reserve or ask about, and photos of a watch you offer for sale. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Your currency choice and reserved watches are kept in your own browser.
Why we use it
To answer your request: confirm a reservation or a viewing, value a watch, arrange payment and delivery. If you subscribe to new arrivals, we email you when new pieces come in. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of those emails.
Who sees it
Your advisor and the Turbo Watch team. Requests are stored on our hosting providers' servers and passed to our team chat so we can reply quickly. For a delivery we share the address with the insured courier. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to complete your request and meet our legal and accounting obligations in the UAE, then we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Write to concierge@turbowatch.ae.
